about

Ensemble Eorpa is an exciting new project produced by Lizabett Russo and Graeme Stephen featuring new compositions written during an arts residency spent in Huntly, Aberdeenshire with Deveron Projects. The album of new music has been recorded remotely with four world class musicians from around Europe. As well as Lizabett on vocals and Graeme on guitar the ensemble also features Oene Van Geel from Amsterdam on Viola, Silke Eberhard from Berlin on Saxophone, Marius Mihalache from Bucharest on Cimbalom and Nedjalko Nedjalkov from Sofia on Kaval. To celebrate the release of this new album each musician will perform live from their home locations around Europe on the 15th of April. The album aims to celebrate continuing creative connections in these strange times.
